Crafted from high-quality Alaska pollock (Gadus chalcogrammus) sourced from the Northeast Pacific (FAO 67) and enriched with cod roe (Gadus morhua) from the Norwegian Sea (FAO 27). All fish are sustainably caught using trawling, hooks, longlines, and gillnets.
