Tena Dough Sheets for Pita and Strudel 500 g
Store below +7°C when refrigerated.
Instruction for preparation: Spread the dough on a damp cloth, cover with another wet towel and let it rest for 15 min. During this time, prepare the filling of your choice: use meat, cheese, fruits or vegetables for this. Spread a sheet of dough on a flat surface, coat it with a little oil or butter and spread the filling on it. Alternately lay the dough sheets and the filling on top of each other, and then roll them up into a strudel. Put the strudel in a well-greased baking dish, brush with butter or sour cream and bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 230 °C for about 30 minutes.
