Instruction for preparation: Spread the dough on a damp cloth, cover with another wet towel and let it rest for 15 min. Alternately lay the dough sheets and the filling on top of each other, and then roll them up into a strudel. Put the strudel in a well-greased baking dish, brush with butter or sour cream and bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 230 °C for about 30 minutes.
