The Boujee Dubai Chocolate Style Cake delivers a refined blend of textures and flavors that combines modern confectionery aesthetics with traditional European craftsmanship. It features two soft sponge layers enriched with cocoa powder, giving the cake a deep, rich chocolate note. Between the layers lies a creamy fat-based filling infused with pistachio paste, pistachio flavoring and crunchy wafer pieces that add a pleasant texture contrast and enhance the overall taste.
The cake is coated with a cocoa-based glaze made using vegetable oils, providing a smooth, visually appealing finish. Colorful decorative patterns on the surface complete the luxurious presentation, making the cake ideal for festive occasions or elegant family gatherings.
Defrosting instructions:
Remove the cake from its packaging and let it thaw for 5–8 hours in the refrigerator. For a faster method, thaw at room temperature for 2–3 hours. Individual slices require only 15–25 minutes. After thawing, the cake must be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 weeks. Do not refreeze.
