Taschki Pelmeni with Chicken – Flavorful, Hearty, and Easy to Prepare

How to Prepare:
1. Boiled Pelmeni
Place frozen dumplings into boiling salted water. Add bay leaves and peppercorns if desired. Once they float, cook for about 8 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with Dovgan Family sour cream.
2. Pan-Fried Pelmeni
Pre-boil as above, then drain and pan-fry until golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Storage: Keep frozen at –18 °C
Note: Do not refreeze after thawing. Cook thoroughly before eating. Not suitable for raw consumption.
