Enjoy the delicate flavor of pike-perch with LARSEN’s glazed fillets. These premium fillets are carefully processed and deep-frozen to preserve their freshness and tender texture. Ideal for pan-frying or grilling – a delicious meal ready in minutes.
Preparation:

Thaw the fillets at room temperature for about 2 hours, then rinse under cold water and pat dry.

Pan-fry: Cook fillets in 3-4 tablespoons of heated cooking oil for about 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Grill: Place fillets on aluminum foil brushed with cooking oil (shiny side up) and grill for 5-6 minutes per side. Cooking time may vary depending on the grill.
The pike-perch is sourced sustainably from the Kremenchuk Reservoir (Ukraine) using eco-friendly nets.
