DOGAN Kayseri Manti Dumplings with Beef 400 g
Kayseri Manti are a specialty from the Turkish province of Kayseri, small dumplings filled with minced meat. Traditionally, the Kayseri Manti are served with yoghurt and a spicy paprika sauce.
Store at -18°C (***compartment).
Do not refreeze after thawing and consume immediately!
The dumplings are not suitable for raw consumption and must be thoroughly cooked!
Preparation: Place the deep-frozen dumplings in lightly salted, boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring several times. When the dumplings float on the surface of the water, they can be carefully removed from the water with a slotted spoon. Our tip: Enjoy the original Kayseri Mantisi in a very traditional way with natural yoghurt and a hot paprika sauce.
