These fluffy, golden-browned curd cakes are made from 75% low-fat quark, pasteurized whole chicken eggs, and premium ingredients. They are perfect as a sweet snack, breakfast, or dessert for the whole family.

Their delicate texture and balanced taste make them delightful on their own or paired with fresh fruits or a dollop of sour cream. Thanks to their mini size and quick preparation — simply heat and serve — they bring a cozy slice of tradition right to your table.

Preparation recommendations:

• Microwave: Remove the sirniki from packaging and heat for 3-4 minutes at 800 watts (please follow your device’s instructions).

• Pan: Heat vegetable oil and fry the thawed sirniki over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

• Oven: Preheat oven to 170°C and bake sirniki for 4-7 minutes.
