Do not freeze again after defrosting.

Recommended preparation:
Preparation in the microwave: Take the pancakes out of their packaging and heat them up in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 watts (please follow the manufacturer's instructions).
Preparation in the pan: spread vegetable oil in a pan and heat. Fry the defrosted pancakes in the pan over medium heat for 4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Preparation in the oven: Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C top and bottom heat for 5 minutes.
