The dumplings are not suitable for raw consumption.
Do not freeze again after defrosting.
Preparation: Cook the deep-frozen dumplings in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, stirring several times. When the dumplings float to the surface of the water, simmer for a further 7 minutes over medium heat. Carefully remove from the water with a slotted spoon and serve on a plate with some créme fraîche, butter or jam.
