Store at -18°C (***compartment). Do not refreeze after thawing and consume immediately! The product is not suitable for raw consumption and must be thoroughly cooked!
Thawing: Thaw fillets at room temperature for about 2 hours. Then rinse under cold water and pat dry. Preparation in the pan: Fry the fillets in 3-4 tablespoons of heated cooking oil for about 4 minutes on each side over medium heat. Preparation on the grill: Grill the fillets on aluminum foil (shiny side, that should be lightly brushed with cooking oil) for 5-6 minutes on each side. The cooking time may vary due to the different heat development of the grill.
