Preparation Tips:
1. Classic Boiled
Place frozen pelmeni into boiling salted water. Cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they float. Serve with bay leaves, pepper, and sour cream.
2. Crispy Fried
Boil first as above, then drain and pan-fry until golden brown. Serve with Adgika or your favorite dip.
Storage: Keep frozen at –18 °C
